All my bonsai tree sprouts died. Same for my mom’s. Oh well. It was worth a shot I guess.

The history of the “clicker” remote is fascinating. I grew up in the age of infrared remotes, so I had no idea the clicking actually controlled the TV.
watchOS 9.6 is killing my battery. Even a reboot of the watch, which usually helps, has done nothing to improve the battery.
It’s amazing that despite watching mostly science, space, and history videos that YouTube’s algorithm constantly thinks I want to watch some right-wing “anti-woke” videos about Disney. It doesn’t matter how many times I tell YouTube to not recommend channels or content like that.
I was obsessed with Pee-wee Herman when I was a child. RIP Paul Reubens.
While Linux distros have increased their UX over time, third-party apps still look like they were made in VB 6.0 and that’s disappointing.
Somehow I missed that Tech N9ne came out with a new album a couple of weeks ago. I’m slipping in my old age. Now listening to the album Bliss by Tech N9ne.
Power is out, which means no AC. It has been out for an hour and a half now and it’s starting to get stuffy. Hope it comes back soon or it’s going to be a long night.
I have a 2015 Macbook Pro that I’m not longer using and it’s no longer getting updates from Apple. Last night I installed Linux Mint on it since it’s been a while since I played around in Linux. UX and UI has come a long way. Not sure what I’ll use it for yet.
