I can understand why Windows users hate Apple. Have you ever tried getting iCloud Drive or Photos to work on Windows 11? I have never gotten past the Initializing state.

In September, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that spread to her liver. It was her birthday.
At 8:58 tonight I said goodbye to my mom. She was the best mom. I can’t imagine the rest of my life without her in it. There will be a big hole.
Testing out Spark as my primary email app on iOS and iPadOS. I used it a long time ago but dont remember why I stopped. So far, I’m getting new emails instantly. Mail.app would be so delayed despite having push enabled.

The iOS Mail app barely works these days. Maybe it’s time to look at alternative apps again. What are the best mail apps now? Need imap and, unfortunately, gmail support.

Upgraded my phone (on Apple’s annual upgrade program) in person at the Apple Store today. That was a mistake. I somehow still have my old phone and will need to eventually drive all the way back there to return it because the moron helping me had no idea what he was doing.
Finally catching up on season 2 of Shrinking. I really think this might be the best show on tv with the best ensemble cast.
